Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on scattergame. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. scattergame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
scattergame is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested for KYC purposes, including but not limited to government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
scattergame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, and over-the-counter payment channels including 7-Eleven and Cebuana Lhuillier. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are generally credited instantly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. scattergame reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.

All transactions on scattergame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a foreign currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. scattergame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

scattergame offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified for each promotion. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution percentages are specified in the individual promotion terms.
scattergame reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited. scattergame is not obligated to notify players of expiring bonuses.
All games on the scattergame Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final and binding. scattergame does not manipulate game outcomes and all games are regularly audited by independent testing agencies.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. scattergame reserves the right to modify betting limits at any time. Players who consistently exceed recommended betting limits may be contacted by our responsible gaming team.
In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any active bets will be settled according to the game's rules. For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed and results recorded. You may view the outcome in your game history once reconnected. scattergame is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
In the rare event of a game malfunction, all affected bets and payouts are void. scattergame will investigate any reported malfunctions and, where appropriate, refund affected stakes. Our decision on such matters is final.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, scattergame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the Platform; (b) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; (c) third-party conduct or content on the Platform; or (d) any other matter relating to the Platform.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your scattergame account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or charges, provided all wagering requirements have been met and your account is in good standing.
scattergame reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may withhold any funds in your account pending investigation of suspected violations.
These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of the scattergame Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact scattergame customer support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration law, with the arbitration to be conducted in Metro Manila.
You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
